Sky Class Suite Internet Oasis Question

I've looked at the concierge benefits and done a forum search, but I can't get a definite answer. It says Sky Class guests on Oasis get 1 free device VOOM internet package per person, but doesn't say if it's the slower Surf or the faster Surf & Stream. Which do you get with the Sky Class suite? If it's the slower one can you pay the difference to upgrade?
