Enchantment Royal Suite

Recommended Posts

Good Afternoon. I was able to book the Royal Suite on Enchantment of the Seas. I have read reviews and know about what is given for it being a suite. I know this won’t have The Star Class service. But was hoping to see if there were any perks for it being a Royal Suite. I’ve seen roses on the table. I’ve seen Champagne on ice. But was that bought by the guest or a perk. I read that a office takes you to the cabin when you arrive. You don’t have to wait till 1330hrs. for the cabin to be ready. A bridge tour is offered. Not sure if C&A status has anything to do with perks I’ve seen in video or in review. Any info is greatly appreciated. BTW I’m only a Emerald but will turn a Diamond the last night:D

As always, thank you. I was really hoping to find out that if your in the Royal Suite they let you steer the ship for a few minutes! But on a real note. I wasn’t sure if they offered something more then what perks Suite Guest get already. Maybe the Concierge will set up a tour of the Captains Cabin JK

The only thing that comes to mind with regard to perks specific to the Royal Suite would be getting escorted onboard, and I'm not sure this happens all the time.

From our experiences with a few Royal Suites, with the exception of one,

We have been escorted onto the ship by concierge or Guest Services manager.

Every cruise we have received a bottle of Moët, once we got flowers.

A few bottles of wine as well, but not always

Bridge tour everytime, and options of other tours if wanted.

Walked off the ship and first off as soon as the ship got clearance.

On disembarkation day cooked to order breakfast in Giovanni's (All suite guests)

We have Adventure RS in June and Enchantment RS in October, so will be interested on your experience with Enchantment.

Enjoy the RS and have a great cruise :)

Thanks for the insight. Being in the cabin is a perk within it's self. I'm thankful for that. So anything extra is just that. A bonus. We won't be sailing until Dec. of this year. So I hope to read your REVIEWS of your cruises before I'm on her! Happy Sailing!!!!!

Forgot to add,

We have dined with the Captain and the Hotel Director on different occasions.

On our last cruise in the RS we politely declined an invite to dine with the captain (Daughter was not invited).

But it was no big deal as she had already sat at the Big round table before when she was 14.

I am sure being in the RS has some impact on the possibilities of an invitation to dine at the Big table.

Just remembered we had as much bottled water as needed for the duration on the cruise.

Will let you know if we receive any new or different experiences / gifts on the upcoming sailings.

Happy Days!

We love the Royal suite on Enchantment. Yes the concierge will walk you in to the ship and let you in the room early. We have gotten champagne and fruit and snacks. We are D+ and with over 60 cruises have never gotten invited to the Captains table so cannot help you there.

We love the room. I think that room has the best AC of all the ships and that might be because it is right across from the captains quarters. Also you can make the shower like a steam room.

I can’t wait. Getting this cabin is very exciting. I think getting a invite to things ( Captain Table, Tours) depends on the Captain. We were on her a few years ago in a Royal Family Suite ( 2 bedroom grand suite now) and asked for a bridge tour. It was Captain Shawn Mcduff. It was just the 5 of us. He personaly gave us the tour and was very kind. Didn’t realize until the concierge explained that Captains seldom do tours themselves. It was my nephews 13year olds birthday that day. On the tour the Captain did say that he enjoyed the interaction with the guess. But not all Captain like that side of the job. I’ve seen it during The Captains Corner. Some enjoy answering the same questions again and again and others can’t get back to the bridge fast enough! Then we were on the Brilliance of the Seas 2 years ago in a RFS. Asked for a bridge tour. Was given one and it was great. Was very appreciative being able to go. We meet up with the All Access Tour and was shown the bridge. But there was definitely a difference in the two tours.
