I have not been able to find any information on securing tender tickets on the NCL website for the Epic. We are on the 3/25 sailing, and need to get off the boat early for the Cayman Islands visit. I was told you can request them on our television in the room. Can they also be requested through the NCL app on my smartphone? Can we request them the minute we are on the boat? Is there any way to request them in advance? We have a tour not through the boat and don't want to be late. - Thanx - Steve

You don't want to hear this, but you won't be able to secure these until you are actually on the ship. We waited in line for a while on the Jade, but we weren't really concerned about getting the first tender off. So... good luck!
