Does anyone know if there is enough room for your checked bag and a carry on bag in the compartment under the bus?

The bus Viking uses is a regular size coach so it has plenty of room below the bus to store all the luggage besides the pre-cruise likely won't be full since ours only had 22 total so we could sleep sideways if we wanted to. We stayed at the Le Meridian hotel in Paris and the bus came to pick all of us up after breakfast for our journey. I assume you are joining the Chateaux and Bordeaux river cruise in Bordeaux after your pre-cruise. We did that same pre-cruise and river cruise a year ago and it was a wonderful experience. Enjoy and have fun.

Did this last fall. Put 2 LARGE bags & 2 carry ons on the bus. Plenty of room.

Fantastic pre-cruise tour. Would do again.
