I Lost Weight On A Cruise!

I'm looking forward to rising early and walking the track on the ship, watching the sunrise. Has anyone else done this? I'm desperately trying to lose as much weight as I can before my cruise and I don't want to gain any back. I thought this (and all the other walking) would be the way to go.

 

One of my FAVORITE things to do is walk track on the top deck of the ship (mind you I am NOT an early riser so no sunrise walks for me) - usually mid morning or whenever I get the chance. There is nothing like the view you get, and the warm ocean breezes - (make sure to wear sunscreen - sun is very strong up there and you don't notice it so much due to the breezes).

 

I put on my ipod and listen to my 'cruise music' and think life can't get better than this!.....I am the one with the big smile on my face walking the deck! :D:D
