Best Bar Waiter...

We have cruised 16 times on Carnival and have always made great friends with the bar waiters that work the Lido deck, Casino, Lounges, or Theater.

 

What are your top 3 waiters?

Pedro

 

There are many more, but I think these three helped make our cruise's really fun.

2 & 3. Ernesto and Michael on the Lido Aft Bar on the Carnival Splendor

Hands down winner for me is Remy on the Carnival Elation, hes so awesome!

Zoran on the Conquest back in Dec of 2007 was AWESOME!

We had a great bar waiter named Kefan.....he was very humorous, knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it made....I'd love to run into him again! Anyone know how to find out where he went, lol!

Kristobel on the Victory (2007) was great! He took very good care of us.

 

Another was Rom on one of our early cruises. He was very funny and sweet. Unfortunately, I don't remember which ship he was on.

Anthony was on the Aft bar on the Holiday last October. He did magic tricks with burning napkins and a disappearing sugar packet. He was funny and awesome!

We've sailed with this gentleman three times. He remembers our names, S&S numbers, where we're from, and what we drink. While we drink he entertains us with songs and stories from his decades on Carnival ships. Who else knows him?

We sailed with him on the Triumph several years ago and then met him again last year on the Sensation.

Agus served us on the Fantasy a couple of years ago. We always wondered what happened to him. Glad to hear that he's still with Carnival. Last week on the Fantasy our favorite was Ni Wayan on the Lido deck. She was always smiling...always!

PaulMedik: I agree, Tommy is one of the best. I was very disappointed when we were on the Liberty last month as he had just left the ship for a vacation. However, he has a new protege, Waralak, and she is great! Tommy has apparently taken her under his wing and she was manning the Paparazzi Bar in his absence.

Don't remember her name, but the lady at the Lobby Bar on the Destiny in Feb was fantastic. No tricks, no songs. She just knew what I was drinking. On the second leg of the back to back, the second night, my DW and I were walking down the stairs to the lobby and she saw me coming. She nodded at me, I nodded at her, and my drinks were ready when we got to the bottom of the stairs. All the way down the stairs, my DW was asking why we were nodding at each other...

We loved Olexander! He was a waiter at the casino bar on the Valor! He was really funny and always made sure our drinks were never empty.

Another good one was a lady working the bar in front of the purser's desk when we were on the Sensation, Jan. 2009. I know we've had her before on another ship but can't think of when or ship or even her name!:(

Agus served us on the Fantasy a couple of years ago. We always wondered what happened to him. Glad to hear that he's still with Carnival. Last week on the Fantasy our favorite was Ni Wayan on the Lido deck. She was always smiling...always!

 

The bar waiter in the dining room on our second cruise, the Legend, had a hard act to follow. We still, almost 2 years later, have "Agus-isms". He absolutely made our cruise what it was. The bar waiter on the Legend did not live up to Agus. :mad: Agus was so funny and always right there when you needed something. We always said he must make a lot in tips with his personality and quick wit. Gotta love him ! I hope I run into him again someday.

Octavius in the piano bar on the Splendor. He said he was going to the Holiday in October . And Melvin from the Black Pearl dining room on the Splendor. He always brought Shirley Temples straight out of the sprite can.
