A week or two ago I faxed Carnival my proof of stock ownership. How do I check now to see if we were credited with the OBC? I have gone to the Carnical sight and tried to search through my reservation, but maybe I don't know what I am looking for:confused:? Thanks for the help!

Call your PVP for confirmation. that is what we do for every cruise

I would just call customer service. How much stock do you need to own before you get a OBC?

You need 100 shares. I used a TA...does that make a difference?

Yes, actually it does make a difference. You cant see the modify button where the credit is. The only way to see your OBC now is with edocs, page 6?? something like that has your OBC on it, if you have access to your edocs yet. Otherwise you will need to call your TA. Carnival wouldnt talk to you about the booking.

We couldn't see the obc when using a TA but our TA was able to confirm that the credit was there.

On my e-docs, I have a section that reads

"Other Services and Optional Items"

and under that it says

Description:CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES - $100 SHIPBOARD CREDIT

 

It was only a few days before it showed up on my account.

thats what I said above, everyone can see the credit on their edocs, if they have access to them. I think they have to be paid in full before they can view them.

I received my OBC a few days after faxing information to Carnival. Was able to confirm by calling Carnival @ 1-800-438-6744 ext 70041.

Have recieved OBC with other cruise lines owned by CCL also.

Glad to hear it. I know i felt better when i actually SAW it on ours...Enjoy your cruise and the OBC...:rolleyes:
