Renaissance Riverview Plaza is the best hotel and the best deal. Be sure to call rather than book online and ask for their cruise and park deal (even if you aren't driving) which is $119 per night and includes parking for the length of your cruise with free shuttle transportation to and from the terminal.

Ask for a higher floor with a view of the terminal so you can see the ship in port from your room. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the terminal.
