Limassol- Kourion or Phasos?

We are in Limassol from 7 to 2 and think we'll hire a car.

1. Has anyone hired and is it near the port?

2. With such limited time in port, should we do Kourion or Phasos for our archeology? I think a family would find both too taxing in the short time we've got.

To do both Kourion and Paphos in the relatively short time you have would be a challenge. My advice would be to do Kourion at a leisurely pace and then drive further up the coast (in the direction of Paphos) to Aphrodite's Rock - the birthplace of Aphrodite according to legend.
