Posting Help!

My parents are trying to use the HAL boards, they have signed in as 'fun at sea', but when they reply to a board, there replies never appear. Any ideas???

I note they are MSN users. There is a known glitch w/ msn and the board operations.

Do they have another browser besides the one that comes w/ msn on their computer? If not they can download netscape for free....
