Greg Kneale CD on the Pride still?

Does anyone know if Greg Kneale will be the CD on the Pride in May? We went in September and he was on vacation :mad: Oh well I guess he needed one too! :D

Greg is schueduled for vacation in mid March. So it looks like you may see him in May depending when in the month you go. I hope you have good timing, Greg Kneale is stupendous you will enjoy him and his staff.

We are on the Pride March 13th. Will Greg still be on this cruise week?

Heard a nasty rumor abour Greg leaving the ship for good. Can anyone confirm this? Greg, I have been told that you read these boards so please respond to this question. We are sailing in May and am looking forward to having you as our CD.

Greg is leaving in SEVEN weeks....

 

He's a great CD one of the best..if not the best!

He mention my name and Cruise Critic Board often..

made me and the board " STARS!"

He reads our board and his very flatter that everyone thinks

of him as a GREAT CD.

You see him around the ship and he is friendly and

talks with everyone.

 

I talked to him often and yes he is retiring to PV.

Hopes to start his own business.

 

HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!

 

Greg if your reading this I'm sorry I missed saying good-bye the last

night of the cruise, my throat and cough just got the best of me.

Remember said I wanted a free cruise because of it! (laughing)

I'm glad he be around for a little bit, I'm going on the Pride in 2 weeks and I keep hearing about this guy and I am happy to have him on one of his last cruises.. Thanks for the info...

Greg never said who would take his place.

Don't know if his Assitant would take over,

think her name is

Lorre or Lori (sorry if wrong) she is going with

the band leader.. or if they would

bring someone from another ship in.

Sure they would get someone good.

I spoke with Greg last week. He said he will post future plans and information on the Cruise Critic site via JRCharles, Cathy or MarkLodi upon his release from Carnival. I am thinking it is against Carnival policy to do so while employed.

Bummer......we will be boarding as Greg is walking off practically. I guess we will just have to hope for the best and that they already have someone great trained and in mind! I know a lot of people don't care who their CD is...but, we think it adds a lot to a cruise.
