question re: shipboard credit

Recommended Posts

I have only seen onboard credit beforehand on invoices my travel agent sends me. She lists all my onboard credits. Otherwise, they are already on my shipboard account when I board. You can get a printout of your account anytime after boarding at the front office. You need to know yourself what your credits are from, though. I asked once about the reason for a credit, and the front office had no idea what the credit was about, just that it was on my account.

Our TA always makes certain that she gives us a copy of the shipboard credits that we are entitled to.

I make an extra copy of them and take them with us.

A couple of times we have had problems when the shipboard credit did not show up. I just gave them one of the ectra copies I had and let them call Seattle and straighten out everything.
