cruisin4kicks Posted October 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2009 Two years ago we paid around $65 for a taxi from the port of Miami terminal to FLL. Don't know if there is any difference in price going in the other direction. Tim
mjyanne Posted October 20, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 20, 2009 Does anyone know the cost of a taxi from the Ft Lauderdale airport to the RRCL terminal in Miami? Use SAS Shuttle. Cost is $15/person (plus gratuity). We used them in September. Great service. Ride is about 35 - 45 minutes.
HotRod3 Posted October 20, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 20, 2009 We used SAS Shuttle in June. They were by far the best shuttel service we have ever used. The driver called us as we were getting off of the plane and was outside of the door at baggage claim when we walked out. On the return RCCL held us up about an hour but we were still picked up in a timley manner even though we missed our sheduled pick up. TOP NOTCH SERVICE, and they all speak clear AMERICAN ENGLISH. Moondawgie Posted October 20, 2009 #5 Share Posted October 20, 2009 I would also like to recommend Quality Limo Service. They were excellent. It cost $60 for two people Miami Port to FLL.
ParrotHead79 Posted October 20, 2009 #6 Share Posted October 20, 2009 We have SAS booked in January. I've also heard great things about them.
NavarreCruiser Posted October 20, 2009 #7 Share Posted October 20, 2009 We have rented a car one way. There is no extra charge for the one way because they are so close. And it's much cheaper than a cab and you can do a lot more with the rental car.
39august Posted October 20, 2009 #8 Share Posted October 20, 2009 Another vote for SAS! Prompt, efficient and only $15 pp each way. No brainer.

We decided to go with a shuttle service (still deciding between SAS & Quality Limo).
Santo23 Posted October 21, 2009 #10 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Here's another recommendation for SAS. Used them this past May - great service, excellent price. Booking them again for this coming April.

Cahroozer Posted October 21, 2009 #12 Share Posted October 21, 2009 You gotta love these boards. I just booked a cruise from Miami and a flight into FLL, then started looking for the word on a shuttle. Thanks a lot.
