Blue Lagoon Menu on Spirt?

My wife and I sailed on the Spirt a few years ago and we loved having the chicken wings and potato skins in the Blue Lagoon. We're loking to book another cruise soon and would love to know if the Spirit still serves these two items.

Can't say for certain about the Spirit, but they were both still available on my recent Jewel cruise. Yum.

I must admit that I do not recall potato skins on the menu.

I don't remember seeing the potato skins in February on the Spirit, but they did have the wings. They were good, but I asked for the boneless tenders to be put in the wing sauce and those were excellent!

Thanks! How long ago did you sail? We were on the Spirit for our honeymoon and were constantly pigging out on the potato skins and wings. We just got off the Dawn last week and found that they only had the wings. We're looking into a W. Caribbean cruise this January and will try the Spirit again if they have the wings and skins!

On the Jewel, there were three different menus for the Blue Lagoon - breakfast, lunch/early dinner, and late dinner/overnight menu. The most extensive menu was the lunch/early dinner menu that was used during the main part of the day and that's the menu that included the potato skins (and wings). The late/overnight menu only had the wings. Is it possible that the Dawn's Blue Lagoon also uses these three menus and you dined there only when the wings were offered?

That's what I was thinking, but when I asked, they did not have them. There was a breakfast (5am-11ish) menu and a 'rest of the day' menu.

I don't recall potato skins on Spirit's Blue Lagoon menu from October 9 through 23. Wings, fish and chips, burgers, panini sandwich, hot dogs, chili, tomato soup, wonton soup, spinach/artichoke dip, chef's salad, cheesecake, pound cake, but, I don't think, potato skins. Had many lunches there. Quick, hot food, very tasty.

Just off the Spirit last week. I did not see any skins on the menu at all. Ate there at least 15 times. Good wings, burgers, chicken tenders and fish. Actually, it was the place to find the best food on the ship.

I just got off the repositioning cruise on the Spirit and I definitely didn't see any potato skins on the menu. Those things are delicious though, so I sure wish they had them.

not all the ships have a blue lagoon...but for the ones that do, the menus are very close to the same. most of the times, the breakfast menus have fresh pancakes, eggs anyway-you-want, etc.

I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been handed a menu in a restaurant and wanted nothing from it. Most of those times have been at the blue Lagoon. I all my cruises on NCL where there has been Blue lagoon it has been a very popular spot--with people waiting for table --even at mid night. it is suppose to be a fast food item venue--we love it as many other people for a late night snacks. On our recent cruise ending last week-- the Blue Lagoon had milk shakes for $3.50.

I think pex is definitely the exception. I love eating in the Blue Lagoon. Their menu is meant to be a "comfort food" alternative to much of what's offered elsewhere on the ship. I think it succeeds, overall. That's not to say I think it's perfect - for instance, I think the potato skins should be offered fleetwide and the hot wings need to be hotter (with the mild wings still offered as an alternative).
