Renting a car in Skagway

We are not cruising until August 2011, but I think we would like to rent a car for Skagway. What month and year should we be able to do this?

We booked the first day it was available for May of 2010, it was September 28, 2009.

 

So I would try the end of September 2010.

 

we paid $129 for a full size

I just reserved ours for June 25th 2010 online the beginning of November. Full size for 116.96 for the entire day. I did get a discount thru BJ's too.
