two things, is there a laundry service on that ship if one would need it, and also has the ship been updated in the last couple years? did anyone find the specialty restaurants worth the money. If you do not pay for the soda card what drinks are offered on this ship/ thanks toall for any help on this this ship. I have not beenon this one before.:eek:

Celebrity ships do not have self-service laundry. They usually have a special once during the week for $25 for everything that you can fit into a bag they provide, but this is usually near the end of the cruise and you get your clothes back just in time to pack up.

 

The Celebrity board would be a great resource for you. I think Mercury was last updated in either 2006 or 2007 (spring of 2007 I think).

The Mercury does not have a specialty restaurant. Your options are the main dining room, the buffet, and at dinner a portion of the buffet is transformed into a sit-down restaurant with a $2.00 suggested gratuity per person.
