Was on Princess and knew it docked at Crown...

Wanted to take the ferry to water island but from Havensight it may be a hassle///

Usually Havensight, but I wsas on the Jewel in 2008 when we docked at Crowne Bay.

Does anyone know if Oasis will dock in Havensight..We docked there on INDY in Jan but I thought a new pier was being built for Oasis there and was wondering if that is so will other RCCL ships use it ?? Or what was all the construction work we saw ??

I have read that because of various delays in dredging the harbor in St. Thomas, that the Oasis will have to dock at Crowne Bay, at least temporarily. When we were in St. Thomas a few weeks ago on Jewel of the Seas, we docked at Havensight and a Princess ship was docked at Crowne Bay. Have never docked at Crowne Bay so can't comment on its virtues vs those of more familiar Havensight. I believe both are about equidistant from downtown Charlotte Amalie, but am not sure if the shopping area at Crowne Bay is as extensive as at Havensight.:)
