Great video. Like the part with the lightening at night. What program do you use to put this together? I do something similar with my video and photos and have been using Imovie to make the video.

Thanks for the comment. I use Vegas video 8.

The lighting shots where done at 3 am as we approached St. Thomas. I shot about 30 min of video that night. Of course being 3 am I forgot to take the auto focus off and missed most of the shots.

Not sure I would want to get up at 3am, but then again to get the lightening, might be worth it. With the Vegas Video 8, do you use a Sony camera as well and is it HD? Does Vegas Video do HD? I have been trying to go to HD video, which is my reason for starting to use Final Cut.

I didn't get up, I was still up. I do have a DV Sony camera but you can use any camera with Vegas. Vegas does HD very well, actually is does everything really well. You can download a trail version to try it out. Final cut is also a very good program I am just more comfortable in Vegas.

The scuba footage is from the discover scuba excursion on St.Thomas at Coki beach. Highly recommend.

Question for you on Blip.tv. What is the time limit of the video you can upload? I finished my most recent cruise video, but it is 45 minutes, way too long for youtube. Wondering if it might work here?
