Linda-E Posted January 23, 2010 #77 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Leonjo, Corkage is never charged for wine you drink in your cabin. It only applies if you bring the wine to a dining room or other public area (bar, lounge, etc.).
maryann ns Posted January 23, 2010 #78 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Well it is obvious that Azamara is going for people who like wine! House wine and lower corkage. I love it. Technically you were not allowed to bring wine onboard except at your embarking port. Has that changed?
Jade13 Posted January 23, 2010 #79 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Technically you were not allowed to bring wine onboard except at your embarking port. Has that changed? We are traveling in 2 weeks and when I phoned Azamara we were told we could bring on wine in ports. They said something like the ship is not RCCL or Celebrity. maryann ns Posted January 31, 2010 #81 Share Posted January 31, 2010 Love it! But somehow I don't think I'll be buying much wine in China or Japan.
