Port of Miami to FLL

There are threads about getting to the Port of Miami from FLL, but I am more concerned about the return. Most airlines that I am interested in leave at 12:30, so I don't wish to take chances. What would you recommend for getting to FLL from the Port of Miami.

we did this a few years ago and was looking at doing a shuttle, way too expensive. We took a taxi and it was cheaper for me and my mom then it would have been to take a shuttle. It was really really easy, plus the taxi will get you there before the "Cruise buses".

I did it earlier this year. Make sure you are first one off the ship and take a cab. If I remember right it is about $55(with no traffic)-Harry

I did this in August and took a cab. It cost about $70(metered) with a tip for the 4 of us. There were also plenty of taxis available when we got off the ship, and there were 7 ships all docking in Miami at the same time since we were all delayed because of hurricane Frances.

I just did this last Saturday and I used B.C.'s EXPRESS Transportation Service http://www.bcsexpress.com. Great service, reliable and met us at the port as we got off the ship in miami. We were at the FLL airport by 8:20 AM for a 1:20 PM flight. We were white tags, 1st off.
