Princess cruise countdown clock

Hi,

 

Has anyone downloaded this program from the Princess website and got it to work. I have tried several times and I can't. I called Princees, not help.

It works fine for me. Shows the days, etc, to my next cruise.

I have XP Pro too.

 

I had no trouble with the download or installation, so I don't remember the details. I remember clicking the button on Princess.com to download. I remember agree to whatever they put out there and I remember entering my ID and password for My Princess into the countdown program. That is all I remember doing. Srry I can't be more help.

Paul I did that except nothing happend when I clicked on the desk top Icon. The program would not load at all.

downloaded it and it had to download something from Adobe before it would work, but it did do this automatically. I have it running on a Mac so not sure if that makes a difference.

Thanks, not sure what is going on. I can"t get it to work at my office or at home on my Latop.

Well I have no idea what is going wrong as I am fairly computer savy, but I have can't get the clock to work on any of my computers at work, home, and my laptop
