Earliest time to board?

What time does boarding actually begin? My boarding pass says 1:00 but on other lines I can get on sooner than that. I want to sign up for the Chef's Table ASAP.

They usually start about 11 or 11:30. It really depends on when all the cabins are ready.

We were eating lunch in the Horizon Court at 11:45 am after being checked in and dropping our carryons in our room. This was on the Isalnd on Nov 30th.

If you're embarking in FLL, get there early (about 10:30) which will put you in the first group. You'll be on board before noon.
