Voyager of the Seas Forward Cabins

Hi - We are considering Deck 10 forward (Cabin 1532 Port) on the VOS. When we are out on the balcony will there be an obstruction of the view from the bridge?

We know that the bridge hangs out wider than the ship so we are concerned that looking forward from this balcony we would be looking at the end of the bridge and possibly the officer that might be standing there some of the time.

Comments please?

Thanks,

Hi Firefly - Thanks for the response. I went on a bridge tour on the VOS in November and someone (Captain or Officer) working in the bridge can actually step outside. There is an opening on each "wing" of the Port and Starboard side of the bridge.

I am concerned about obstruction of view and need input from people who have stayed in the Forward D1 balcony cabins.

Anyone have any input or comments about this issue?

Thanks for any and all input.
