Martita B. Posted January 7, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Now you can view "ships in port" for the day without subscribing. This feature is new to the web site. http://www.cruisecal.com/portal/ Enjoy! Martita B.

Martita B. The barbed wire fences just cannot stop the 'ole COLD northern winds coming from Amarillo ~~ Have a great day!:p MB
JaneBP Posted January 8, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Martha, is there an ability to check port schedules weeks ahead? For example, I like to know which ships are in port when I disembark in FLL. Is that a subscription feature? Thanks.
Martita B. Posted January 8, 2010 Author #5 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Jane Yes, you'll need to suscribe (very inexpensive) to look at the Port calendars. I always check before I make flight plans how many ships will be in Ft Laud when I disembark. The number determines what day I'll fly home. Last year when disembarking there were to be 12 ships in Port ~~needless to say I stayed overnight and flew out the following day. (Ft Laud airport is a real mess when thousands of passengers all hit there at the same time ~~some flying in and some flying out) Martita B. JaneBP Posted January 9, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Thanks, that's what I figured. I agree, it's very helpful for example, figuring out the availability of taxis.
Kate-AHF Posted January 11, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 11, 2010  THe cruise calendar has the Legend in two different ports each day from 6 March to 14 March. One of the two each day matches the published itin. Is this usual?
