junobeach Posted January 8, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Haven't cruised in a few years, and am back at it now that I live in Florida!! Was thinking about taking Radiance out of Tampa in November with DH and kids, and was wondering about recent experiences - food quality and condition of the ship, mainly. Any input would be very much appreciated!
Desert Cruizers Posted January 8, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2010 We cruised the Radiance to hawaii in Oct 2008 and had a beautiful cruise. The staff, food, entertainment were excellant. Lately others have reported problems with plumbing. I think you will enjoy the beauty of the Radiance Class, the openess the ship offers of the ocean. jackdiamond Posted January 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2010 We are booked on that ship in October in a D-1 with a large balcony. Sadly that is the only 6 day cruise out of Tampa.

Desert Cruizers Posted January 8, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 8, 2010 jonbgd, we really need a Radiance Class back on the West Coast, even though we are looking forward to our first Voyager Class with the Mariner, it would be nice to have more choices for Alaska or even a return to Hawaii RT.
