St. Petersburg docking location ?

During an overnight stay in St. Petersburg, where does Celebrity dock and how quiet is it at night?

They dock in the commercial/industrial port area, and not on the river in town. The amount of noise depends on how many cargo ships are in port, but I've not found it to be any noisier than any other commercial port.
