Spirit during Superbowl

Will they broadcast the super bowl on the Spirit? Wheres the best place to watch the superbowl from while on the Spirit?

I received an email from the Hotel Director on board the Dawn that said the Super Bowl will be broadcast on every NCL ship in the fleet. :D Thank goodness! As we'll be on the Sky.

 

I've never been on the Spirit. So, I don't know the best place. I'm sure another CC-er will make a suggestion.

We were on during the Oscars and watched them on the TV in our room. But I am sure there will be some big screens too.

 

You can always ask the CD as soon as you board if you want to scope out a place. I am sure there will be more than one and you might want to check out the venues to see which suits you best (like if having a comfortable seat is something you would prefer).

They had the playoff games on the TV's in the cabins and also in most of the bars. The bars are very small so if you want to get a seat go very early. We just watched it in our cabin

The Shanghai Bar on the Spirit is her's sports bar. They might set up a large screen in the Galaxy of the Stars as well. The Shanghai Bar isn't that large for a nice crowd, whereas the Galaxy of the Stars is. Read the Freestyle Daily...

THey broadcast the playoff in Both Henry's Pub and the Shanghai Bar. Both are very very small. If they set up a screen in the Galaxy of the Stars that would be your best best. It is a very large lounge and would be perfect for that.

I'd probably go to Henry's, make sure you get there early for the best seats. The Shanghai Bar is more like a hallway with a bar on one side and seats on the other, way to much traffic.
