Disembarking at ports of call

On average, how long can it take to disembark at the different ports of call? I know that RCCL shore excursions are allowed to get off first but how long does it take for others to get off the ship?

It depends on the port. We have had ports in which we have been able to get off in <10-15 min. Other ports have been much longer, one time in Puerto Rico, because we had gone to either Cococay or Labadee first (so we were out of the country) it took 3 hours since we had to go through Immigration and they were being very slow.

If you're docked, you just walk off when you want....if you're tendered, it can take about 15 mins. for each tender to fill....they hold alot of people.
