Refund after final payment

I paid my final payment and now the price has gone down. Will Royal Carribean give you the lower price my travel agent says no.

They should give you an onboard credit that you can charge against....that's how it usually works.

You'll need to talk to the Ta, since you used one, to get this taken care of. You do know that not all price reductions are good for all previously booked cruises...

You will get onboard credit for the price reduction if it is not a special sale price that happen on Tuesdays. Many of those prices are for new bookings only.
