bundito Posted January 27, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2010 Hi all! If anyone's been on Navigator recently, can you give any details on the stateroom TV, particularly in a standard (Promenade) stateroom? I think they used to have VHS players - have they upgraded to DVDs yet? Alternatively, do the TVs have the red-white-yellow input jacks? I'd like to bring some movies to watch in the evenings if we don't feel like hitting the shows or the bars. I can hook my laptop to those colored jacks, or bring real DVDs if they've got players. After all, the only place with worse TV choices than a ship is a Las Vegas hotel! Thanks, -Dito
Kailyn Posted January 27, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2010 To my knowledge, no stateroom onboard has ever had VHS players. When we had a suite on Navigator (GS) it did have a DVD player. The standard cabins have no VHS, no DVD, and no input jacks on any of the TVs we have ever had on Navigator. Last Nav cruise was last month, 12/14/09. Balcony cabin. Plain, CRT (curved screen, large back) TV with no inputs. Sorry!
