15% gratuity charge on pop cards?

The total charge depends on how many days your cruise is, so if your cruise is 7 days long, the amount is $5.50 per day plus 15% gratuity which equals $57.50 per person (unless my math is bad, which I will admit frequently is).

Yes every time you use it. Don't buy the card until the ship leaves, they tack local sales tax.

 

The 15% gratuity is included in the price. You do not pay a gratuity each time you use the card. However, it is true, that if you buy something while the ship is in port, you will be charged the local sale's tax.
