New to RCCL

DH and I will be sailing with RCCL for the first time, we will be on the FOS in September. Could anyone tell us if the Rock Wall Flo Rider is free or is there a cost? Thanks

They are free. I could see RCI charging for them in the future though.

They are both free, as is use of the ice-skating rink (during public hours) and mini-golf course.

While anything is theoretically possible, I think I'd have my sight checked if I were you. ;)The likelihood of such a move after years of offering these features at no additional cost is minimal at best. I can imagine the uproar that instituting such a charge would cause not only on these boards but throughout the RCI cruise passenger community. Things would have to be desparate for them to impose such a charge and since Oasis seems to be getting rave reviews and things seem to be turning around for the cruise industry, it doesn't seem that RCI's future is quite so dismal. Carnival has reinstituted its quarterly dividend and I suspect that it is far more likely that at some point RCI will follow suit, rather than doing what you foresee.
