Eurodam...Upper and Main Dining times ?

Early Upper and Main Upper Dining times. What are the times and what is the best to try to book to get a table for 2?

The times are 5:45 and 8:00, but I don't know which one is easier to get a 2-top. We normally request a 2 for Early Upper, and have always gotten one until our last cruise on the Noordam. We switched to Open seating and had no trouble getting a 2 any night we showed up before 6:00. One night they put us at a 4, but picked up the extra place settings.
