Zuiderdam Room Service ?

I am sailing on the Zuiderdam in September. This will be my first time on Holland America. Can you order from the main dining room menu and have it delivered by room service? Thanks.

Yes, you can order from the regular dining room menu. However, you must know what you want as it is not listed with the regular room service items. Also, they will deliver all of it at once, so you might consider what you want hot or cold. I think also you have to order in the first hour of so of the dining room being open for the early seating.

 

We did this on the Oosterdam, checked out the dinner menu in front of the restaurant earlier in the day and noted our choices. We then enjoyed our not-too-formal dinner in our room with a movie.:D We were also able to eat earlier that night. It was a little hard to get through to room service on the phone-I think maybe about 1/2 an hour of speed dialing.
