port time vs ship time for early excursion-Cozumel

Will be on Celebrity Mercury next week and thinking of an excursion that starts at 10am. Ship gets into port at 9am. So, what time is it?? Do I still have only an hour to get to excursion? Thanks

celebrity uses port time. which is much easier to work with. only an hour is more than enough time to get there.
