Charging an iPod in the cabin ->

I would like to know if there's anyway that I can charge my iPod in the cabin? What kind of cords will I be needing?

I bought a travel outlet that has 2 usb plugs that I use for my girls nanos and my dh's ipod.

 

I just brought that and the usb cable. Easy to charge the nano and shuffles.

Just plug in your regular charger and charge away... There are a few 110v outlets in cabin by vanity.

Charge it the same way you do at home - plug it in. It may help to bring an extension cord/outlet strip as sometimes the outlets aren't in a good location.

I bought a small travel charger that plugs into an outlet. It costs about $20 and you can buy it at Target, Walmart etc.

You can get a travel charger with a usb port. Or, can get a converter that the usb end plugs into and then plugs directly into a regular electrical outlet. Both are available on Apple website. The travel charger is also available at Walmart, Target, etc.

Go to Best Buy, they will sell you what you need to charge at a wall socket.

I plan on using an mp3 player at night for white noise (with soft earbuds). Not sure if my mp3 player will run for 8 hours, so I would like to keep it plugged in while I'm using it. Wondering how long an extension cord I'll need to run between the electrical outlet and the bed?
