ro80 Posted February 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Has anyone been to any hotels in Cozumel that offer AI Beach days? I know the Wyndham offers one but how about others???
bruce-r Posted February 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Wyndam will be going all adult by August. If you want shore snorkeling, Cozumel Palace is a great property. Two others I'd consider are Occidental Grand and Iberostar.

When I went to the site that they sent me to to make a reservation, the rate was only $75 a person. Again - I don't want to make a reservation in advance. Any advice on which hotel might offer a might upscale experience would be appreciated. Thanks. DebJ14 Posted November 24, 2010 #15 Share Posted November 24, 2010 We have done a day pass at the Melia and at the Allegro. We've stayed at the Aura and been over to the Wyndham. Beach is better at the Allegro out of all of these. Also, a couple of times we have deliberately done the time share pitch. At Occidental Grand got free taxi fare, bottle of tequila, blanket and use of the property for the day including all food and drink. We also did it al El Cid where we got unlimited food, drink and free use of snorkle equipment to check out the plane. Both places say you have to listen to the pitch for an hour. At the end of an hour we said No Thank you and went on to have a great day at the beach with lots of good food and drink.
