Credit card mishap

I just lost my credit card and already have completed my Funpass. There is no report of illegal activity on the card, thank goodness. I ordered a new card, which will arrive in 7 -10 business days. I don't sail till 4/15. Is it easy to change your card after you have completed the Funpass? Life is never dull! I haven't lost a card in 38 years. I suspect my favorite grandson (2 YRS. OLD) might have put in some place "safe" so grandma wouldn't lose it. I will probably find it in about 2 years in some unsuspecting place. LOL:)

You should be able to call and explain...or you can do it when you get to the port. I would recommend doing it ahead of time...

Just give them your new card when you board......on the fun pass you only fill out the last 4 numbers anyway......once you get there you still need to show your card.........

We have changed when we got to port with no problems at all.

You can also change it online; just log into your account and click on Pre-cruise registration (even though it says completed); then you can edit your fun pass.

They still need to run your card thru the machine regardless.......when they ask for it when you board.......give them your new one........

You only put in the last 4 digits of your card when you did the fun pass ... so they dont have your CC number anyway ... you just show them a different card when you check in.

I've thought it was weird that you even have to put anything there when doing the funpass. What's the point of entering just 4 digits?

 

Anyway, Carnival will be happy to take whatever card you hand them during checkin!

Don't worry about it at all. I have no idea why they even have you put one on the fun pass. I always give them a different one at check in and it never slows anything down.
