Alcohol Policy

If Royal Caribbean and Celebrity are owned by the same company, why don't they have the same policies regarding alcohol in the cabins? The "booze ****" busted us on Grandeur of the Seas with a little booze for our cabin, but Celebrity invited us to bring wine onboard for our staterooms. I understand that Holland also permits wine for your cabins. Whats up with that RCCL?

My guess is the difference in clientele between the two lines. Celebrity probably has not had the "issues" with intoxicated people that RCI has had.

It's the PRICE you pay to cruise on each line! It has NOTHING to do with "intoxication"!

Haha who exactly comprises "the booze police?" Not sure I've heard of them before.
