Port Vila. Go to Fung Kuei (the pale yellow two storey building on the left at the far end of the main street). Look for the shop full of cruise ship passengers. :) The range of alcohol and prices are amazing.

 

My advice would be to check them all out [only about 5 minutes walk between the lot :)]

 

On our last trip to Vila a month ago Fung Kuei was undercut on several items by one of the big stores across the road and down a bit.

 

At any rate its a pleasant way to spend an hour or so :D:p

 

Vila must currently have some of the best duty free alcohol prices in the world.

Been on a few cruises. 10 to be exact. Haven't been on the Jewel. Going on the 27th August. Duty free best in Vila. Cheap as. Book tours only if you want the cultural bit otherwise book a taxi to take you from the dock. Barter. Only booze and cigies to be bought. Not much else other than sarongs and all the usual stuff. You will have a ball. We really love cruising. Hope you do too.
