What are the "upfront" charges to your S&S card? Can you pay x amt of $'s in cash and then switch automatically to CC? Thanks

The only "up front" charges to hit you S&S account will be the $10 per person per day gratuity charge. 2 people cruising on a 7 day cruise = $140

 

Also, Yes, you can open your S&S account with a cash deposit then later on, go down and apply a credit card

If you you prepay the tips (I usually do), then you S&S card will start out with a zero balance.

You're free to pay off any portion of your folio at any time during the cruise.

I know of one guy who almost immediately takes his winnings from the casino and pays off the balance on his S&S card. Cash is gladly accepted!!
