vwrestler171 Posted March 28, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 28, 2010 Some friends told me to have lunch at Senor Frogs while I am in the Cayman Islands in September. Has anyone been there and can tell me what it was like?
drew sailbum Posted March 28, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 28, 2010 Sign on the street reads, "Sorry, We're Open" That pretty much sums it up. Haven't been back.
bookbabe Posted March 28, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 28, 2010 http://www.senorfrogs.com/caymanislands/index2.htm It's a chain. Very popular with the spring break crowd, or so I'm told.
Rare crewsweeper Posted March 28, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 28, 2010 Over priced drinks, poor quality food. Check out some of th ethreads here for better local eating establishments.

I'd prefer to avoid chain restaurants/bars while on vacationing out of the country.
canajo Posted March 30, 2010 #6 Share Posted March 30, 2010 Do you have teenagers or young adults in your party? If so, it is at least worth while to stop by and just look. At the top of the steps there is an area you stand in, and even a short bar area with stools, and you can just watch...you don't have to order anything. My 19 and 20 year olds (both girls) had a blast dancing and we had fun watching them and everyone else. I was just there during spring break so it might not be as hopping at other times. I have the say the DJ was fantastic...it was the music that pulled us in from the street.

canajo Posted March 30, 2010 #10 Share Posted March 30, 2010 Hi...well, if you are in your mid-twenties and enjoy a lively atmosphere, I would go to Senor Frogs and Margaritaville. Margaritaville has a great waterslide and pool and it is located upstairs in the bar. There is a Senor Frogs in Cozumel also and we kind of wished we had gone to that instead of Nachi Cocum, especially after we saw the fun of Senor Frogs in Grand Cayman. The weather was bad at Nachi and when we came back to the shopping village we ran into a large group of people that had celebrated St. Patrick's Day at Senor Frogs. Believe me, I think they had a lot more fun than us, huddled under a towel under cover at Nachi Cocum!
