You have been on many cruises and still have never done....?

In the past I have never;

 

hogged chairs, so I plan on getting up early and placing towels in all the places I plan on going for the day,

 

Deck chairs, lounge chairs, casino chairs,

 

Block stairs, and if the moment feels right, splash some tomato juice around, just for kicks.

Been to a beach (believe it!)

Ate lunch in MDR

Ordered room service

Joined balcony club

Had a Mimosa

Enjoyed an aft facing balcony

 

all are changing this year...:D

Never been in the Captains cabin.

 

Never dated a dancer.

 

Never dove off the balcony. Not even pushed

 

Never walked the plank.

 

Never won in the casino.

 

Never won at bingo.

 

Never missed the ship.

 

Never got married on board

 

Never sent a Email or used the computer services on board.

 

Never used a cell phone on board.

 

Never flushed the toilet while sitting on it.

 

Never volunteered to go on stage for any of the shows

 

Never had a massage or used the spa services

 

can go on and on but I will leave something for someone else

The comedians.....only if you want a good laugh...

The Casino...keep your cash for the bar....

Try the slide....but keep your mouth closed....

We have not only gone to the towel folding class but when my brother-in-law came to visit we made an animal for him.

 

We have never had a suite but in a week we will take care of that one.

 

We had never been to "The Newly Wed Game" because they were usually at night. On our last cruise to went and were picked. We had a great time.

 

We never climbed the rock wall (on RCCL).

We still need to add Hawaii, Bermuda, Europe and a TA to our cruise list !!!

Make sure you get to do a TA! They are the best!!

I'm amazed at the number that have never had room service. That's one of my favorite things... :eek:

attended any talks

gone to the art show

played bingo

done the behind the scenes tour

sang karaoke

slept late

been bored

seen any of the horrible behavior that's always talked about around here

cared about what someone else was wearing/eating/doing

There's a few things that we haven't done, but the things that we haven't done but WANT to do....

 

chill out at the pool (we will this time when in Nassau again)

go down the slides (we will this time in Nassau also)

get a cabana (this is the year that we do it in HMC!)

 

We've only been on the Carnival Fascination twice. We live in Jax. This time we are excited to see the upgrades. We plan on hanging out on the new Serenity deck and relax. (see above Nassau plans)

 

I want to parasail but I don't know if it would hurt... ummm... ya know...

 

Now that the Behind the Fun excursion is available we want to do that also... we may do it this time if we can get in!

 

We're still debating the Chef's table thing.

 

Oh yeah... our first balcony... nuff said ;)

I've tasted the famous rubens, and I can think of a half dozen places here in town I can get them, they are not all that, in fact I make a mean ruben and would challange carnival to a throwdown bobby flay style:p

But for what I haven't done, I have been to Nassu many times and NEVER visiting atlantis. We've been to paradise island I think it's called, and the straw market, but normally we just stay on the ship now, but we really should try to make atlantis one day.

I've been to Atlantis twice. You NEED to see this place at least once. It's a "really in-your-face" kind of hotel/casino. The aquarium was magnificant to say the least. It's worth the 40$ to get in. The fish are extraordinary. The opulance of the entire lobby and casino really need to be seen. Don't have to spend a dime if you don't want to. Just walk through. You won't be dissapointed. :)

See, I totally disagree. It looks just like every other casino built after it. And the last time I was there it was dirty. Doors and windows were broken and not fixed. Wallpaper was stained or ripped. The carpets were nasty. The aquariums are cool though. But if you've been to any casino that's been built new or refurb'ed since 1996 or so, the outside is neat looking but the inside is just "meh".

Ditto...that will only be before and after, but I will seek out no gym while on vacation!

 

Interesting...I rarely miss a day at the gym when I am not cruising and I never miss a day while I am cruising. The first day is always really crowded with those that have good intentions, but by the second or third day I pretty much own the place in the mornings.

 

Going to the gym every day while cruising makes me feel less guilty about the lido lunch buffets and martinis. :D

Haven't taken a suite as yet .Done 45 cruises & had balconies ;but ,no suite yet .

Never stayed on a ship while in port (but I plan to this year in Ensenada)

Never made it to afternoon tea (I always say "this time", then I forget)

Never worked out in the gym (that's what walking the deck is for!)

Never had breakfast or lunch in the MDR (always remember after eating in the lido, lol!)

Never went down the water slide (afraid of losing the swimsuit)

Never had a balcony or a suite (and probably won't unless I inherit some $$)

I'm sure there are tons of other things I've never done, but the ones that stick out are:

 

- order room service (and probably never will)

- go to tea (have a date to do that this April :p)

- wake up in time to watch the sun rise (really want to do this)

 

To comment though, I absolutely LOVE eating breakfast and lunch in the MDR. It's awesome! I usually just cruise the lido late afternoon to see what types of desserts they have out... :eek:
