Fishing and/or snorkeling in Santorini/Mykonos?

We will be sailing end of June with three kids; 15, 13, 12. Was wondering if there is any opportunity for snorkeling on Mykonos? We are planning on visiting the beach there, and wanted to know the best one. The ship offers transfers to both Elia and Kalafatis. Can anyone recommend one over the other, or is there somewhere else we should seek out on our own?

 

We were also hoping for some novice fishing, perhaps in Santorini. Has anyone had any experience arranging this? I have read about Ammoudi Bay, and thought perhaps there are charters available, but can't find this information anywhere.

 

We will also be visiting Rhodes. Any recommendations for fun things with the kids there?

I don't know about fishing in Santorini, but OH uses a dive centre in Kamari for snorkelling trips.
