What to do in Miami in the middle of a b2b?

We're going to be in Miami in November for a B2B.

Last time we were there, we wandered round the port aimlessly for about 1/2 hour then headed back to the boat as we'd nothing booked & the cab fares to the only palace we could think of off the top our heads (Dolphin Mall) was extortionate.

Ideally we'd like a tour of Miami or the Everglades - does anyone have a recommendation? Ideally we'd like to be picked up & dropped off at the pier, but willing to take a cab if there's no alternative.

Happy also to have alternative suggestions put forward.

Have looked on the board, but most of the questions relate to hotels or shuttles to / from POM.

Thanks in advance :)

Take a taxi to South Beach and do the Art Deco Walking Tour. I believe it is at 10:30 am and lasts about 1.5-2 hours. I just did the tour and it is fantastic!!!! Then you can hit the beach or a restaurant and then head back to the ship. I forget the cab fare and I just took a cab from the Loews to the pier a couple of weeks ago.
