We've seen Swinging (or Singing) with the Big Bands twice - one on Legend, once on Miracle, both times with Christopher Alan Graves. If he's on your ship, don't miss his show. He's great. He does all Frank Sinatra/Sammy Davis Jr. songs. One number he does is "Candy Man" with the Camp Carnival kids - and you are allowed to take pictures during that portion of the show. My youngest son (then six) loved it.
