Pacific Dawn misses Noumea?

Recommended Posts

I think it might be time to consider the Solomons [from Brisvegas at least].

The troubles there seem to have settled.

I have a business associate who has lived there for 30+ years and from all accounts it is a beautiful place - especially for snorkellers and scuba divers.

Malaita, Guadalcanal - some marvellous and historic places to see.

It also has the benefit of being another Commonwealth country.

Hey P&O, are you reading this??? :D

I visited Honiara (Solomans) on the Fairstar many years ago it was an interesting port, the town itself was a bit depressing but once you got away a bit it was beautiful. If its now safe I think P & O should consider including it as its fairly close to Australia and it has a reasonable wharf (No tendering):).
