Can anyone tell me about how long it takes to get from the Port in Fort Lauderdale to Miami airport and what a taxi costs? Thanks

45+ minutes and about $100 in a cab :eek: - cruiseline transfers are usually cheaper. Good luck!:)

45 minutes on a good day, no traffic. If it's during the week, or rush hour, or a breeze is blowing in the wrong direction....

 

There are shuttle services, I've seen SAS recommended all over the CC boards. Google a few and get a rate. I wouldn't recommend a taxi from Port Everglades to MIA.

 

If you can do a transfer, I'd recommend it!
