Transalantics on Costa - more English speaking passengers?

I have been on Romantica during a Med cruise and there were very few English speaking passengers. There is a transatlantic cruise from Savona to New York next year which stops at good ports - so has anyone been on a transatlantic - were there more English speaking passengers? Were you served water with your dinner or did you have to buy the water?

You can never say what the mix of passengers will be, depends on so many factors:

a. National holidays,

b. School holidays,

c. Block / Group bookings at a national level

 

There will always be English speaking passengers aboard (not necessarily mother tongue), but the English speakers will be grouped together in the MDR.

 

In the MDR you can ask for Iced Water which is FOC.

Like Blu Says so many other factors. If you ask your waiter for a jug of iced tap water it should be free.:)
