Star Princess Balcony Categories

Nubie at cruising. Can anyone tell me the difference between the different balcony categories? BA to BF?

FYI, the Caribe deck have the largest balconies, they are half open and half closed.

Just got off the Star this past Saturday. We had BC category, B409. Loved it. Fairly midship with a covered balcony but we still enjoyed some sun and were protected from the wind :) Depending on the deck you choose the balcony will vary in size and amount of coverage. IMHO, you cannot go wrong with a balcony :D

The BA cabins are usually on Caribe deck. They have the larger balconies and are a bit more private than the others. They are half covered and half open which is very nice if you don't want too much sun or a lot of sun. I prefer to be on Caribe deck if I am getting a balcony cabin. Baja, Aloha, and Lido decks have smaller balconies. That's the main difference besides which deck they are on.
